We need to talk about “AI.”
Actually - let me be honest:
I hate calling it AI.
It’s not very intelligent.
But the tool behind it - a large language model, or LLM - can help you get more done.
And that’s the key:
An LLM doesn’t do the thinking for you.
It just turns the volume knob.
If your input is sloppy, your output is going to be even worse.
That’s why we don’t treat the content writing process like “type a prompt, get a blog post.”
We treat it like a dialog.
Here’s how we do it (and how you can too):
You’ve already outlined your 13 articles.
Now we’re going to turn those outlines into blog posts - but not all at once, and not without thought.

Start with this:
Step 1: Ask your LLM,
“What could I add or remove from this outline to improve it?”
That gets the tool working with you, not ahead of you.
Step 2: Review the suggestions. Keep what makes sense. Cut what doesn’t. Add anything it missed.
Step 3: Then ask the LLM to expand the refined outline into paragraphs.
Step 4: Edit the output so it actually sounds like you.
Clean up anything vague, padded, or robotic. Add your lived experience. Drop in a story or a strong opinion.
Real talk:
That’s how this email was written.
I started with an outline.
Then I worked in dialog with the LLM - shaping it, editing it, rewriting the parts that felt off - until it said what I meant.
You can do the same.
