Hello {{First name | there}},

You’ve done the hard part:
13 blog posts written from real customer questions—structured, helpful, and in your voice.

Now it’s time to let that content work harder.

Most small business owners stall out here—because the idea of posting every day sounds like a full-time job.

But here’s the good news:
You don’t need to create 130 social posts. You just need to reuse what you’ve already made.

Here’s how we do it (and how you can too):

For every blog post, we create 10 platform-ready social media posts.

They’re short. Punchy. Useful.

Here are some easy formats:

  • Pull a great quote from the article

  • Ask a question that the article answers

  • Summarize the takeaway in one sentence

  • Highlight a tip, a step, or a stat

  • Tell a mini story that connects to the post

You don’t need to write all of these by hand.

If you skipped a step, this is part of the “Build a 3-Month Content Queue” series. Here’s the link so you can find all of the email series from Grow with OptSus.

Use your favorite LLM to generate ideas.
Ask:

“Give me 10 concise social media posts based on this article—keep them natural and helpful.”

Then review, revise, and polish the best ones.

Keep it organized:

We use a project management system at OptSus, but if you’re going with a spreadsheet, here’s a format that works with most social scheduling tools:

Columns to include:

  • Message – the post text

  • Link – to the article on your website

  • ImageURL – if you’re using one

  • PinTitle – optional post title, helpful for Pinterest or some schedulers

Use a tool you like—or if you want to use the one we use, you can grab a DIY subscription starting at $10/month.

Want feedback?

I won’t send you a spreadsheet, but I’m always glad to review your post ideas.
Hit reply and send me a few drafts—I’ll offer a second opinion and a few ways to sharpen the message.

📬 Coming next...

Next, we’ll schedule the posts—so your content runs even when you’re not online.

I'll show you how to load everything into your scheduler and set it on autopilot.

Talk soon,
Frank

P.S.
We handle social media scheduling for clients all the time.
