But then I asked the question that matters:

“How many leads did you get from your website last month?”

Silence. They had no idea.

You can’t scale “more” if you don’t know where you are now.
Running ads on an unmeasured system is like pouring water into a bucket with holes.

So we pressed pause on the ads and started measuring.
What we found blew them away—and changed everything.
